Client "No-Shows"

Clients that “No-Show” their appointments will be charged a $20.00 Fee.

Clients will not be able to reschedule (or keep) future appointments, unless this fee is paid.

This policy applies to In-Person Wellness Consultations & Massage Therapy Appointments.

Private Wellness Consultation​

  • Initial Wellness Consultations last approximately 90 minutes, and includes a variety of educational health assessments. Private wellness consultations are intended to help identify nutritional, lifestyle & supplemental changes that may help clients improve the quality of their lives.

  • Any consultation or service, private or otherwise, is intended for educational purposes only.  At no time should nutritional/wellness advice be construed as the diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any disease or condition.

  • Our wellness consultants see clients with challenges as simple as “low-energy” or “weight-management” to clients with more complex or chronic wellness challenges.

  • Initial Consultation: $175

    • Deposit to Schedule Appointment: $50​

    • Deposit Refundable if Cancelled/Rescheduled with Minimum 24-hr Notice

    • Deposit Forfeited if Cancelled with Less Than 24-hr Notice (Or Client No-Show)

  • 30/60 Minute Recheck Consultations: $40-$80

    • Initially scheduled every 4-8 weeks while working with new clients​

    • Please Note: Recheck Consultations that are scheduled one-year or more from the date of your last wellness consultation visit will be treated and charged as an Initial Consultation.

Massage Therapy

  • Massage Therapy appointments are available with

      • Note: Stephenie does not offer "Deep Tissue" Massage​

    • Karlaysha (Karly) Coleman, LMT

  • While we understand that emergencies happen, we request at least 24-hours notice for a change or cancellation to a scheduled massage.

  • ​60-Minute Massage: $80

  • 90-Minute Massage: $110
