Suggested Uses
Add it everywhere you would Parmesan. And everywhere else you want a rich umami flavor bite. Pesto and pasta. Kale chips. Cæsar Dressing. Potatoes. Scrambles eggs or tofu. Non-dairy “cheese” sauce and mac and “cheese.” Makes great “cheesy” risotto, too. Use in a roux to thicken soups or as a finishing mix-in for additional umami flavor. And, it makes for arguably some of the richest, most satisfying gravy you've ever had. And, by all means, sprinkle it on popcorn!
